At Big Little Things 3D, we want you and your little ones to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Since our items are custom-made and 3D printed, we appreciate you reaching out if you have any concerns about the quality or condition of your order upon arrival.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately at support@biglittlethings3d.com with a photo of the item, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
